TAMURA ELSOLD solder pastes are characterised by excellent wetting behaviour over a wide temperature range.

At the same time, our solder pastes have both excellent contour stability and very good tack.

By using chemically modified materials, an extremely high reproducibility of the pastes is achieved, which pays off for the user in the form of consistent printing results from board to board.
Other advantages include minimal shrinkage, high printing speed and high activity on all surfaces.

TAMURA ELSOLD solder pastes are ideally suited for closed doctor systems, for fine pitch printing as well as for rework work (e.g. dipping).
